CERTIVEA is structured into six departments. Each department reports to its President, François Jallot, who is assisted by an Administrative/HR Manager.

The Development and Operations Department (DOD)
The DOD team is responsible for managing all end-to-end customer relations.
From the marketing of solutions to the acquisition of certifications and labels, the client and/or design office remains in close contact with their dedicated representatives.

The International Development Department assists clients with their projects outside France and has access to all the internal resources available.

The Technical and Innovation Department (TID)
The Technical and Innovation Department (TID) puts together the most relevant certifications and labels, with input from all interested parties.
In order to provide you with the most robust solutions, from both scientific and technical perspective, and respond as effectively as possible to the challenges now facing the real estate sector, our TID teams participate in research and innovation programmes, developing and regularly updating the schemes with our partner associations (Alliance HQE, Effinergie, SBA, BBCA…association partners and design offices. It also responds to your technical questions and those of the consultants.

The Quality and Auditors Department (QAD)
The Quality and Auditors Department (QAD) optimises the processes and interventions.
The QAD defines and improves the processes and methods of intervention and motivates the communities of auditors assigned to your project (information, training), along with our Referents(link to Services page) who are professionals recognised as having an in-depth knowledge of our solutions. The QAD also handles the Management System for Quality and Security.

The Strategy and Communication Department (SCD)
The Strategy and Communication Department (SCD) monitors trends within the sector and liaises with partners and stakeholders
Monitoring all ecosystems, the SCD strengthens external relations, manages partnerships and defines and implements both internal and external communications, with a particular focus on promoting and showcasing client projects that have obtained certification or labelling.

Information Technology Department (ITD)
The ITD develops and manages all of CERTIVEA’s digital tools, particularly the ISIA platform developed for design offices.
