These certificates formally validate the compliance of your property assets with the technical criteria of the European taxonomy. They enhance your assets’ eligibility for financial instruments and improve the visibility and credibility of your projects among investors prioritizing sustainable ESG-compliant assets.
These attestations are also designed to support statutory auditors during the verification of your activities’ alignment with the EU taxonomy. Issued based on the Taxonomy delegated acts in force at the date of issuance, they remain valid as long as there are no substantial changes in the applicable Taxonomy legislation.

Sites pursuing HQE Sustainable Building V4 certification :
Attestation of compliance with the European Taxonomy is included within HQE Sustainable Building V4 and subsequent versions, applicable at any project phase (Design, Construction or Operation – Built environment).
Fee : Complimentary (upon request) for HQE SB V4-certified projects
Sites targeting other CERTIVEA certification solutions :
Attestation of conformity with the European Taxonomy can be requested for sites pursuing any other CERTIVEA certifications or labels.
Fee: €1,800 for operations certified/labelled by CERTIVEA
Sites without prior certification or labelling
Attestation of Conformity to the European Taxonomy is also available for sites that have never previously sought certification or labelling.
Fee: €2,500 in all other cases

Is the taxonomy attestation a certification ?
The taxonomy attestation provided by CERTIVEA is a specialized verification service, a certification or a label, and thus is not governed by traditional certification rules.
What types and phases of project does it cover ?
To date, the attestation covers new builds, renovation and operations. For three economical activities : construction of new buildings, renovation of existing building, and acquisition and ownership.
For projects in the design or construction phases, the attestation provides validation to support sustainability reporting and financing decisions.
Is there a validity date ?
There is no fixed expiration date for the taxonomy attestation. It remains valid as long as there are no significant changes to the applicable Taxonomy legislation.
